Tinakori Road, Thorndon

Project Description

The location and restricted access were issues we faced with this prominent house in Thorndon. Within the heritage area we had to keep to keep in keeping with the original house. The two storey front addition and internal reconfiguration was completed on time and within budget.

As you leave the motorway at the Thorndon off ramp the property still sits proudly and still looks today like the addition was a part of the original dwelling.
